The Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod is the church body with which Redeemer has her congregational membership. The LCMS is the second-largest Lutheran church body in the United States. Its staunch stand on the truth of God's Word sets it apart from the many other Lutheran church bodies around the world.
Higher Things is a conservative Lutheran youth organization that seeks to build our youth's understanding of the faith through extensive catechesis. Higher Things offers annual conferences and regional retreats for high school age youth.
Lutheran Hour Ministries is an outreach arm of the LCMS' Lutheran Layman's League that seeks to spread the Gospel to the nations. It has produced a radio program, called the "Lutheran Hour," since October 2, 1930. It is one of the oldest, continuous radio broadcasts in history.
Main Street Living is a production of Lutheran Hour Ministries. In January 2019, the programming came to the Twin Cities. This hour-long program is divided into two halves. The first is a broadcast of the old This Is the Life programs LHM produced in the 70s and 80s. The second is a modified worship service conducted by an LCMS pastor in the Twin Cities.
